Marudhar Spinning Mills was founded in 1995 by Vijaykumar Birla & Kishanlal Jhanwar. The company started with a small spinning unit of 6000 spindles that produced low-count yarns for the local market. However, over the years, the company grew in size and expanded it’s capacity to 21000 spindles and became a prominent player in the spinning industry.

In 2004, Marudhar Spinning Mills invested in advanced spinning machinery and expanded its production capacity. This allowed the company to produce high-quality yarns in larger quantities and cater to a wider customer base.
